AR Folding Stock Adapter, GEN-S
Adapter that fits between an AR-15 lower receiver and a standard A2, carbine, mil-spec or commercial buffer tube, letting the stock fold to the side for low-profile transport with a one-button release. Works with direct impingement or gas piston uppers and any standard bolt carrier group, full auto or semi auto, 5.56 to .308. The rear face is machined to the same specification as a standard AR lower receiver extension thread, so any compatible buffer tube and stock installs behind it unchanged. CNC-machined 17-4 steel housing with a DLC coating and a 14-7 stainless bolt carrier extension; adds about 1.3 in to length of pull. Includes an integrated single-point sling attachment.
