The AREX Rex Delta M is a compact, striker-fired, polymer-framed 9x19mm semi-automatic pistol produced by AREX Defense of Slovenia. Part of the second-generation Rex Delta line, the M (medium/compact) model pairs a 102 mm barrel with a shortened grip for concealed carry, chambering 9x19mm Parabellum from a 15-round double-stack magazine (17-round extended magazines are available). It features an optics-ready slide, ambidextrous controls, interchangeable backstraps, and a Picatinny accessory rail.
AREX built its reputation supplying the metal-framed Rex Zero 1 to Slovenian police before pivoting to the polymer striker-fired Delta line to compete directly with the Glock 19 in the concealed-carry market.
The Delta M is the compact-frame member of the AREX Rex Delta Gen 2 family, sitting alongside the full-size Delta and the optics/competition-oriented Delta X. Sources vary slightly on unloaded weight (roughly 19-22 oz) and grip height.
