The Beretta 1301 Tactical C is a 12-gauge gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun, the current-generation update of Beretta's 1301 Tactical designed for law enforcement, home defense, and 3-gun/tactical competition. It retains the ultra-fast BLINK gas operating system, cold hammer-forged back-bored barrel, and oversized controls of the original while adding new stock and finish options (Black Syn, FDE, ODG, Gray and the Chisel stock) and both standard and extended magazine tubes offering 5+1 or 7+1 capacity.
The 1301 Tactical's BLINK gas system cycles up to 36% faster than comparable competition designs, letting a skilled shooter fire a full tube of buckshot before the first ejected hull hits the ground - which is exactly why it became a favorite of tactical instructors and 3-gun shooters alike.
The '1301 Tactical C' designation marks Beretta USA's revised current-production generation of the 1301 Tactical family, offered in multiple stock/finish configurations and standard or extended (7+1) magazine capacities. Platform specifications are shared with the original 1301 Tactical.
