The Mk9 is distinguished within the Banshee line by a dedicated magazine well that accepts Colt SMG-pattern 9mm stick magazines in 10-, 20-, and 32-round capacities. It is offered as a braced pistol or short-barreled rifle with a 5-inch or 8-inch barrel, paired with a forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper, an M-LOK handguard, an oversized ambidextrous charging handle, and last-round bolt-hold-open.
