About
What it is, and why it matters
The Hämmerli 207 is a Swiss .22 Short semi-automatic rapid-fire target pistol, part of Hämmerli's 'International' 206/207 series built for the 25 m rapid-fire pistol discipline of ISSF and Olympic competition. It uses a simple blowback action with a hammer-fired, finely adjustable single-action trigger, and pairs a match-grade barrel with adjustable target sights and an anatomically shaped wooden grip. The low-recoiling .22 Short chambering and precision Swiss manufacture made the International series a favourite of competitive rapid-fire shooters before it was succeeded by Hämmerli's later 209/210 designs.
Hämmerli's 200-series match pistols dominated Olympic and ISSF pistol shooting through the mid-20th century, and the .22 Short 'International' rapid-fire guns like the 207 were engineered around a single sport - knocking down five turning targets in as little as four seconds.
Member of Hämmerli's 200-series 'International' match pistols with a ~7 in barrel carrying an integral muzzle brake and adjustable barrel weights. The 207 was offered both as the .22 Short 'International Olympia' rapid-fire pistol (built c.1963–1966) and as a .22 LR 'American Model' target pistol (c.1962–1969); this entry covers the .22 Short rapid-fire version. Serrated ramp front and adjustable rear target sights. Most physical dimensions are unconfirmed from primary sources.

Trajectory
What the round does downrange
Solved from the muzzle figures and the bullet. The dashed rule is the effective range on the record, and the crosses are the steps the solver returned.
No load solved for this record yetThe flight path is computed from a cartridge and a bullet. This record has no ammunition filed against its chambering, so there is nothing to solve.
