About
What it is, and why it matters
The Walther CSP Expert is a .22 Long Rifle blowback-operated semi-automatic target pistol designed for Olympic-style ISSF sport pistol disciplines. Introduced in 2023 as the successor to the long-running GSP/SSP line, it features an anatomic competition grip in laminated wood, an adjustable match trigger, click-adjustable target sights on a 215 mm sight radius, and a removable barrel weight for balance tuning. Its low bore axis, mild rimfire recoil, and precision sights make it a favoured entry into one-handed precision and rapid-fire pistol competition.
Walther's sport-pistol lineage stretches back to the pre-war Olympia pistols that dominated Olympic rapid-fire shooting; the CSP Expert continues that tradition as a modern, purpose-built .22 LR match pistol for aspiring Olympic competitors.
Part of the Walther CSP family alongside the CSP Classic (entry-level, fixed sights) and CSP Dynamic (tuned for action and IPSC-style rapid target series). The CSP Expert ships with a 100 g steel barrel weight for the dovetail beneath the barrel.

Trajectory
What the round does downrange
Solved from the muzzle figures and the bullet. The dashed rule is the effective range on the record, and the crosses are the steps the solver returned.
No load solved for this record yetThe flight path is computed from a cartridge and a bullet. This record has no ammunition filed against its chambering, so there is nothing to solve.
