The FightLite SCR (Sport Configuration Rifle) is a hybrid AR-15 platform that pairs a standard AR upper receiver with a proprietary lower receiver featuring a traditional in-line rifle stock and no separate pistol grip. Designed for hunters and shooters in restrictive U.S. jurisdictions where 'assault weapon features' are regulated, the SCR delivers AR-15 modularity in a 'featureless' configuration that is legal in California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and other restrictive states. The proprietary buffer system is housed inside the buttstock, allowing the use of a conventional rifle stock while maintaining compatibility with virtually any standard AR-15/M16 upper receiver assembly.
The SCR was engineered as the answer to America's patchwork of state-level AR bans - by eliminating the pistol grip and adopting a traditional sporting stock, it sidesteps feature-based 'assault weapon' definitions while preserving full compatibility with the millions of AR-15 upper receivers already in circulation.
Hybrid design uses any standard AR upper but mates it to a proprietary lower with traditional buttstock - ideal for AWB-restricted states and hunters who prefer conventional ergonomics.
