About
What it is, and why it matters
The M24 Yugoslav Mauser is a bolt-action rifle adopted by the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1924. Built on the intermediate-length Mauser Gewehr 98 action and chambered in the powerful 7.92x57mm Mauser cartridge, it was a short-rifle pattern derived from the Belgian FN Model 1924, with tooling and early examples supplied by Fabrique Nationale before domestic production began at the Kragujevac arsenal. It served as the standard infantry rifle of the Royal Yugoslav Army through the interwar years and into World War II.
The M24 was the first Mauser rifle mass-produced in Yugoslavia after FN supplied the machinery and patterns in the mid-1920s, establishing the Kragujevac works as the cornerstone of the country's small-arms industry that later became Zastava Arms.
Produced at the Vojno-tehnički zavod (Military-Technical Institute) at Kragujevac, the predecessor of Zastava Arms. After WWII, surviving M1924 actions were rebuilt into the functionally similar M24/47 alongside new M48 rifles.

Trajectory
What the round does downrange
Solved from the muzzle figures and the bullet. The dashed rule is the effective range on the record, and the crosses are the steps the solver returned.
No load solved for this record yetThe flight path is computed from a cartridge and a bullet. This record has no ammunition filed against its chambering, so there is nothing to solve.
